NOTICE:
Due to increased activity around the village, citizens are asked to stay within village limits after dusk. Any visitors are advised to leave early and stay on the roads. Increased foot patrols will add to overall safety.

NOTICE:
Due to recent attacks a hard curfew of dusk has been initiated in the village. No citizens are to be out after dark, and any unscheduled visitors will be detained by the village guards. Please report any suspicious activity or thorny vines where there were none before.
THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY, PLEASE COMPLY.

NOTICE:
This wall has been constructed to keep our village safe from the growing magical threats, and due to most of the village guards abandoning or being taken from their posts. If you are reading this and it is after dark, please do not attempt to enter the village.
PERSONS SPOTTED AFTER DARK WILL BE FIRED UPON- THIS IS YOUR ONLY WARNING!

Anyone left needs to hole up in the blacksmith’s shop.
We have weapons and plenty of hay to sleep on.

Now that the blacksmits shop is gone meet in the villge hall. We’ll make a last stand there & anyone left can make a break at 1st light- weve decided thats our best chanc.

Hung above the town hall, one final sign with a clumsy knot tied around it hangs:
On this spot 4 of us waited for a miracle. They were saved by the Thornwatch. While some would call them ghosts, to we few survivors they were angels.
We will never forget, but we will never return.
